ON ROUTE 66 TO CALIFORNIA
The Joads start their journey on Route 66 to California with 12 people on the truck. Their first stop at a gas station gives them an idea of how people see them as having no money. Complete the questions on the passage about their stop at the gas station. Also, complete the T chart on the needs and wants of the Joad family.
